Individual Therapeutic Arts Sessions

This individual series of three sessions are for you if group space isn’t enough and you need slower pacing, deeper listening, and a practice shaped around your nervous system.

What’s Included

• 30-minute intake conversation via Zoom

• 3 x 60-minute creative sessions via Zoom

• 30-minute closing reflection

What We’ll Do

We’ll begin with a 30-minute conversation to slow things down and listen for what’s asking for attention. Whether that’s grief for what’s been lost, anger and exhaustion from being dismissed, the loneliness and uncertainty of living in an unpredictable body, or a new sense of self emerging.

Together, we’ll shape 3 creative practices that honor where you are now and clears a path for your wellbeing in the future. A practice you can continue after our time together.

After our initial conversation, you’ll receive:

• a personalized creative practice plan

• simple, accessible supply lists for each session

From there, we’ll meet in the Zoom studio for three one-hour creative practices, designed specifically for you. We may work with visual art, writing, movement, or rhythm depending on what supports you best. You’ll provide your own arts materials, choosing what feels realistic for you and the arts modality outlined in the plan.

Each session includes:

• a gentle check-in to help you settle and arrive,

• a guided expressive arts practice

• and a grounded check-out so you can return to your day with care.

We’ll close the series with a 30-minute gallery-style reflection, where we look back at what you’ve created and next steps for sustaining your creative practice.
