Print‑on‑Demand Items (Tote bags, mugs, journals etc.)

Print‑on‑demand items are produced and shipped by Fourthwall’s fulfillment partners. These items are made to order.

Cancellation Policy for Print on Demand

All print on demand products are made to order, especially for you, at the time of order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Returns & Refund Policy for Print-on-Demand Items

Because items are made to order, Fourthwall cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues (misprinted, defective, or damaged). Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements. General and sizing-related returns do not meet the criteria.

If an item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, Fourthwall will issue a replacement or refund. Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery, and you must provide a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

These policies are set and administered by Fourthwall.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original, Handmade & Self‑Fulfilled Items

The following items are created, prepared, or fulfilled directly by me and are not produced by Fourthwall:


  • Original works on paper
  • Mixed media works (including fabric and paper scrolls)
  • Improv and other quilts, including mini quilts (slow‑stitched, one‑of‑a‑kind)
  • Days with Sage functional textile items
  • Digital downloads
  • Commissions and custom orders

Final Sale Policy Original Works on Paper or Fabric 

All works on paper, mixed media, improv and other quilts are final sale. 

Because these works are one‑of‑a‑kind, handmade, or custom, these orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Returns & Store Credit Policy (Days with Sage items only)

Select functional textile items (such as bags and scarves) from the Days with Sage collection may be eligible for store credit under the following conditions:

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use are not eligible for return or credit.

Digital Downloads Refund Policy

All digital downloads are non‑refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Commissions & Custom Orders Refund Policy

All commissions and custom orders are non‑refundable.

Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
If a commission is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion.

Specific terms for commissions will be outlined in a separate agreement signed by both parties.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

Donations and Tips Refund Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.crookedpathstudios.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you. 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
