Because this work is one‑of‑a‑kind, handmade, or custom, it cannot be canceled once placed.
Bags and scarves may be eligible for store credit under the following conditions:
- A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable
Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use are not eligible for return or credit.
